  • Product Manager
    Responsibilities:
    • Keep optimizing user experience as priority and make product roadmap for input method editor as market feedback.
    • Control product schedule, resource coordination and planning.
    • Collect user feedback and needs, analyze business needs, dig into pain points, and propose unique product insights accordingly.
    • Based on market analysis, product research and company's development strategy to come up with long-term product development plans.
    Qualifications:
    • More than 3 years of work experience, with a good product knowledge
    • Coordinate and communicate skills and strong logical thinking.
    • Product design and project manage independently responsible for small and medium-sized App.
    • Good English communication skills are preferred.
  • Product Director
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead company's overseas input method product planning, design, development tracking and iterative improvement.
    • Lead the team to conduct user research and to demand analysis of input method products.
    • Continue to analyze market trends, product dynamics, and to explore and formulate practical product development strategies.
    • Lead the team to formulate product operation plans, continuously optimize product functions, and improve user experience and user retention.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree or above, CET-6
    • More than five years of product work experience. Familiar with mobile products; from demand analysis to product launch.
    • With independent customer product design experience.
    • Familiar with mainstream mobile products; be sensitive to new products is preferred.
    • Experience in psychology and user behavior analysis is preferred.
    • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, ambitious and able to withstand pressure.
  • VP of Products
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage product development and operation for the input method editor product lines (online, offline, 2B and 2C).
    • Lead team to achieve business goals by develop and execute go-to-market strategy.
    • Ensure product roadmap and development plan of the new product will keep the company in the leading role in the input method editor’s market.
    • Make reliable plan to attract new users and increase the retention rate of existing users.
    • Be the bridge between online business, offline business and technical support team to enhance linkage and collaboration.
    • Lead, train and improve team's cohesion and combat effectiveness.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree , 8 years or above Internet product operation experience, 3 years or above team management experience.
    • Sensitive to industry information and market data; effectively integrate resources and execute programs.
    • Understanding of the Internet industry, both online and offline; have experience in the 2C and 2B field.
    • Cheerful personality, good personal charm, enthusiasm and passion for work, willing to spent time and energy to enterprising.
    • Have comprehensive trading experience with 2 or more 10 million DAU products, at least 1 well-known success case.
    • Have a certain view of the input method industry and have strong confidence in this industry; Willing to spent in it for a long time.
  • Ad Operations/Yield Manager/Account Manager
    Kika is looking for an Ad Operations/Account Manager to join the Media/Advertising team. The Account Manager is responsible for helping to scale the media/advertising team through direct and indirect revenue channels, ensuring delivery and performance of advertising campaigns and 3rd party monetization channels. As a part of this small and growing team, the Ad Operations Manager will have the opportunity to be rewarded for growth and revenue performance. The scope includes, but not limited to, reporting, analytics, sales process, and cross-functional initiative support. This is an individual contributor role.
    • Responsible for direct advertising operations, programmatic account management, and project management of ad related products.
    • Provide thought-leadership and strategy to develop market-driven products and RFP-winning media plans for sales team.
    • Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate revenue solutions across android, ios, web, and email environments.
    • Establish tools and workflow processes for operations team, billing and reconciliation for finance, and business documentation.
    • Identify ad serving platforms, trading desks, DSPs, networks and all demand sources to build, maintain, and optimize programmatic demand partners.
    • Organize a monetization strategy for self-service, first party data, DMP, and cross-platform.
    Skills And Attributes We’d Like You To Have
    • 2-3+ years experience in digital advertising with deep and broad experience at major publisher and start-up technology companies.
    • Expertise in working with SSPs, RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms. PMP experience a plus.
    • Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation or large data sets.
    • Data Driven - Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast.
    • Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing and growing.

  • Software Engineer: Machine Learning - Advertising Platforms
    Responsibilities
    • Play a central role in designing and implementing systems to improve advertising quality.
    • Define key success metrics, design and run A/B tests to experiment with new ads targeting and pCTR algorithms.
    • Research and develop new algorithms to improve advertising relevance and quality.
    • Work in a small, collaborative team with back-end engineers, front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new ideas to life.
    Qualifications
    • MS or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
    • 1+ years of industry experience.
    • Significant experience working on advertising quality a plus.
    • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Probability, Statistics, and Data Mining.

  • Software Engineer: Machine Learning - Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    Minimum Qualifications
    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2 years of work or educational experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
    • 1 year of professional software development experience.
    • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++ or Python.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.

  • Product Designer
    We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to be the design owner to help evolve Kika’s keyboard and content experience design – someone who is passionate about developing strategies to turn insights into friendly products. The successful candidate will be working on a fun, co-operative and growing product team, and contribute to Kika’s product that is used by millions of people around the world.
    Responsibilities
    • Leads input design projects across the entire product lifecycle and launches – plan design mindset from product experience to precise graphic design for user benefits.
    • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define user insights, opportunities and trend analysis.
    • Create wireframes, storyboards and process flows to effectively communicate interaction with guidelines.
    • Share design experiences and best practices with global members to inspire our creative knowledge.
    Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies; experience designing for mobile is a plus.
    • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.

  • VP of Marketing
    Kika is looking for a VP of Marketing with a compelling record of creating and managing digital marketing strategies and leveraging marketing campaigns to deliver increased brand awareness. The position requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to build relationships across internal and external teams. This person needs to be able drive strategies as well as guide data-driven tactical decisions in close to real time.
    Responsibilities
    • Manage all marketing functions to achieve the company objective of increased brand awareness, growth, profits, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning on a worldwide basis consistent with the corporate direction.
    • Experience partnering with internal teams to optimize varied marketing platforms and operations, specific to a Brand.
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics.
    • Monitor and research industry trends related to direct response marketing to continually improve knowledge and skills, and communicate new ideas and trends.
    • Work with Product Marketing and Management to ensure the right mix of features and positioning.
    Required Experience
    • 10+ years of experience; management consulting background preferred.
    • Track record from a consumer Internet brands.
    • Strong sense of marketing analytics and how to derive actionable insights from complex data sources.
    • Working knowledge of one or more of the analytics packages such as Google Analytics.
    • Management experience leading small teams against online performance-based media objectives and executing marketing campaigns that are part of multi-pronged marketing strategy that crosses teams and organizations.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to get work completed is a key success factor.
    • Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight.
    • Advanced computer skills are required.
    • College degree required, advanced degree a plus.
